Whether you’re dragging from lack of sleep or too much multitasking, there are ways to boost your stamina.
We’ve all experienced it – the alarm clock that rings too soon; the mid-day dip where all you can think about is resting your head on a pillow and taking a snooze; the end-of-day weariness that makes you feel you can’t stay awake a minute longer.
And rightly so. We often pack so much into our days that they leave us feeling breathless and exhausted.
